Eventually, however, the nature of the work changes.
The questions before you are no longer answered by strategy, achievement, or business expertise alone because they are questions about identity, stewardship, and the intersection of who you are becoming and the business you lead. Because they are questions about a shifting reality, we de-center finite answers and respond with a practice.
This is the work beneath the work.

This is a blind spot for many brilliant women. The art of inner relationship - a deeply sacred attunement to what's within - is often what has quietly become atrophied. Over years of mastering entrepreneurship and goal-oriented skillsets, we can become critically estranged from the Sacred Self and often don't even know.
Yet this essential attunement is never lost, lacking or externally sourced. It is only ever obstructed. Therefore, the art of inner relationship, albeit a quest in its own rite, is always a return journey.

Resonance Retreats
Day-long and weekend experiences pairing experiential learning with ceremony, beautiful surroundings, nourishing food, and luxury accommodations.
All retreat experiences include creative process, ceremony & IFS parts-work, and safe, facilitated connection with other female founders. Each is a well-balanced blend of powerful experience & regulating space, leaving you transformed but not depleted.
A a pre-arrival virtual circle is offered for every in-person event, so we can gather with a sense of acquaintance & connection.
The Resonance Collective
A deeply intimate group for women ready to address the estrangement they feel from their business, with both direct 1:1 support and the irreplicable power of a close-knit community.
Over 5 months we travel through varied levels of identity evolution aimed at leading your business into it's next season with clarity, courage and confidence. A developmental arc taking us from intensive work to integration to an in-person retreat in closing.
