For accomplished founders, the stakes of your internal landscape are incredibly high. Many of us make business decisions from a “blended” state, meaning our identity becomes fused with parts that have outdated jobs - the perfectionist, the critic, the imposter, or the anxious anticipator. When you are blended, your choices are more likely to become reactive rather than rooted in Self.
Within this container, you will learn the foundational practice of un-blending. By separating your core Self from the parts that flare up during periods of uncertainty and change, you stop letting these parts “drive the bus.”
Learning IFS as a guiding philosophy is one of the most powerful ways I know to protect against misalignment. It is a functional skill set for navigating what’s in the way of aligned growth, and a lifelong practice that supports your identity and business development in tandem.

Our time together includes a balance of didactic learning, ceremony, and the heart of the experience: live IFS Demos.
These are not simply teaching moments; they are opportunities to experience this work as a witness or volunteer. Both roles are powerful.
Facilitated by me, these 1:1 demonstrations are witnessed, live inner journeys of a volunteer group member. As each group member holds space for the transformation of a peer in real-time, you give and receive the gift of witnessing.
There is something uniquely powerful about witnessed work. The field of supportive holding is expanded, and those in the group can experience - on a visceral level - the power of Self-to-part relationship in progress.
Whether in our Day-Long or Weekend format, this is where the work becomes tangible. You aren’t just learning a framework; you are witnessing a homecoming and an intimate reunion.
