I know that terrain well.
Years ago, I realized I had built a career that looked successful from the outside but no longer reflected the deepest parts of who I was. I didn’t need another credential or strategy. I needed the courage - and the skills - to stop organizing my life around what made sense on paper, and begin organizing my work around what was true.
That experience has been an ongoing personal journey. One that changed not only my business, but the way I understand professional development itself.

Why I do this work
For more than a decade I’ve worked in transformational settings including domestic violence advocacy, my own private psychotherapy practice, emergency mental health and sacred feminine spiritual practice.
Alongside that work, I’ve trained extensively in Internal Family Systems, a leading-edge psychotherapy model, but also a powerful, non-clinical framework & practice for change that is uniquely well-suited for these times.
These are not separate interests.
Together, they form the foundation of how I help founders navigate what I call the Second Season - a developmental threshold where the deepest questions about business growth are no longer just about business and no longer answered through strategy alone.
What I believe
I believe that, particularly for impact-driven, female founders, personal development & business development are ill-served by separation.
Your capacity for optimal leadership is informed by the quality of your relationship with yourself. When that relationship deepens, clarity becomes steadier. Decisions become simpler. Your business begins to evolve in service of the life you are consciously creating, rather than requiring your life to remain in service to your business.
My purpose is helping you clarify and amplify yours, through the evolution of a business that reflects your truth and helps you live it more deeply each precious day.
