I know this terrain well.
Years ago, I realized I had built a business - a private therapy practice - that looked successful from the outside but no longer reflected the deepest parts of who I was. I didn’t need another credential or strategy. I needed the courage - and the skills - to stop organizing my professional path around what made sense on paper and begin organizing it around what was true.
That experience has been an ongoing personal journey. One that changed not only my work, but the way I understand business development itself.

Why I do this work
For more than a decade I’ve worked in transformational settings including domestic violence advocacy, my own private psychotherapy practice, emergency mental health, and sacred feminine spiritual practice.
Alongside that work, I’ve trained extensively in Internal Family Systems, a leading-edge psychotherapy model, but also a powerful, non-clinical framework & practice for change that is uniquely well-suited for these times.
These are not separate interests.
Together, they form the foundation of how I help accomplished female founders navigate business thresholds - those seasons when the deepest questions about the future of your business are no longer answered through strategy, external expertise, or the tools that got you here.
What I believe
I believe that, particularly for accomplished women, who we are becoming and how we shape our live lead our businesses are inseparable.
Your capacity to create and contribute as a leader is informed by the quality of your relationship with yourself. When that relationship deepens, clarity becomes steadier. Decisions become simpler. Your business begins to evolve in service of who you are becoming, rather than requiring you to remain in service to a season of your business you have outgrown.
My purpose is helping you clarify yours. and to align your world-facing work with that enduring truth. Not just today and with the uncertainty of this moment, but though every season of change that lies ahead, through a practice that lives into the questions with you, for life.
