In this intimate 90-day cohort we gather just 6 women entrepreneurs who are ready to explore what's shaping their leadership, decisions, and business direction.
Together we’ll combine group sessions, powerful, live demonstrations, and bi-weekly private sessions for each member to cultivate the clarity that strategy alone can’t provide.
Our work is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS) - a leading-edge framework of psychology for understanding inner complexity and creating lasting change.
Rather than teaching you what to think, IFS helps you uncover the patterns, beliefs, and protective strategies that may be quietly influencing your evolution and helps you reorganize your inner leadership to align with your deeper truth.

What to expect inside this program
We alternate between a live group IFS Demonstration with a volunteer one week, then a session of learning, sharing & connection on the opposite weeks. Live demos are particularly powerful for both the participant & witnesses and take on a ceremonial depth & substance.
Each group member engages in six powerful, 90-minute 1:1 sessions aimed at better understanding the blocks and stuck places in your current business season. We'll uncover hidden protective strategies and/or limiting beliefs, and work together to shift them.
Transformation rarely happens in isolation. There is something uniquely powerful about sitting beside women who understand the complexity of carrying a business. In this room, your own work is deepened by witnessing theirs - and theirs by witnessing yours.
Although this work is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), this is not psychotherapy. Our work here is professional development from the inside out - powerful inner work that cultivates clarity, Self-leadership, and aligned business evolution.
