In this intimate, foundational cohort we gather 6-9 impact-driven founders who are ready to explore what's shaping their identity, business decisions and entrepreneurial direction.
Together we’ll combine group sessions, powerful, live demonstrations, and bi-weekly private sessions for each member, to cultivate the clarity that strategy alone can’t deliver.
Our work integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS) - a leading-edge framework of psychology for understanding inner complexity and creating lasting change, with Sacred Feminine Spirituality and Expressive Arts.
Rather than teaching you what to think, IFS helps you uncover the patterns, beliefs, and protective strategies that may be quietly influencing your business choices and helps you reorganize your inner leadership to align with your deeper truth.
As your inner leadership becomes more coherent, so too does the navigation of what's next in the business you're here to lead.

Our work together:
What to expect inside this program
We alternate between a live group IFS Demonstrations with a volunteer one week, then a session of learning, sharing & connection on the opposite weeks. Live demos are particularly powerful for both the participant & witnesses and deeply inform aligned next steps on your busines journey.
Each group member engages in eight powerful, 90-minute 1:1 sessions aimed at better understanding the blocks and stuck places in your business. We'll uncover hidden protective strategies and/or limiting beliefs, and work together to shift them.
Transformation rarely happens in isolation. There is something uniquely powerful about being in a space with other impact-driven founders who are also navigating questions of identity, alignment and what comes next. Here, your own work is deepened by witnessing theirs - and theirs by witnessing yours.
Although our work draws on Internal Family Systems (IFS), it is not psychotherapy or mental health treatment. The application process carefully considers fit and readiness to safeguard wellbeing.

⟶ Month 4 is INTEGRATIVE, 1:1 sessions & weekly connection groups.
⟶ Month 5 is IMMERSION, Virtual Commencement & In-Person Retreat.
